The problem is this, since I am moving to a new area, the map comes up with 3 meetinghouses. I have no idea which meeting I should go to!

to Anonymous; go to ldsmaps, put in your address and scroll down until you see not just the 3 meetinghouses but you will also see the assigned ward.

When i scrolled down to see the assigned ward to find the ward for me and my family, the assigned ward is a singles ward! How can I find the right family ward?

The best way is to just call one of the wards. I have done this a couple of times and the bishop or others answering the phone can easily tell you for sure which ward the house is in.
