In addition to the announcement for the Claremont Journal of Mormon Studies, I thought I would mention some other sources of Mormon studies found online. Most of these are available for subscription.
I do not have any affiliation with these journals beyond being a reader and subscriber. This is for informational purposes only.
Sunstone magazine has just announced it as an App for the iPod, iPad, and iPod Touch. This allows you to subscribe to Sunstone magazine for an e-version. I hope they go with an online pdf. version in the near future.
Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought has a e-form subscription available. It can be found at the following website. It is the third option done.
BYU Studies has an online subscription version available at its website. If you are currently a subscriber of the hard copy, the pdf. version is free.
All of these journals have back issues available on their websites. These archives provide an amazing resource for the student of Mormon intellectual development, theology and history. Hopefully the Journal of Mormon History and the John Whitmer Journal will see the advantages of having their journals in e-form and follow suit.
Back issues of the Journal of Mormon History are available on the University of Utah website.
I personally find having the e-form of these journals a wonderful advantage. The limitation of bookshelf space and the saving of trees are two important advantages.
